When kids were asked "What is the opposite of bullying?" at the workshop, students brainstormed ways to focus on character strengths to prevent #bullying from happening!

Unfortunately, as most parents and teachers know, bullying is a huge concern for kids and youth worldwide. From physical and emotional bullying to cyber bullying that takes place online, adults need to do what they can to make sure kids are safe.

Jeff Hoffart shared his experiences with bullying, strategies that parents and teachers can help children develop, the importance of role models, ways to approach digital citizenship and online safety and ensured participants left with resources and a plan of action to feel confident with how kids can face Bullying, both online and in person.
