Sneak Peek
What are people saying about this book?
Anxiety, a complex concept explained cleverly through a story for children and parents to understand and attack. Attack My Anxiety! combines facts and fiction, making it engaging and practical for children to identify and tackle feelings of anxiety, with a touch of humour.
-Pepa O'Donovan, Author of 'The Greedy Mosquito', and Early Years Teacher at St. Andrews International School, Mother of Two
An accessible book for children that allows them to identify, understand and attack their anxiety. Working with students can make it all too clear that we do not always talk about and share anxiety and strategies that can help. Pete the crocodile is calm, clear and funny. His message is important for all children and he looks great in a tutu as well! Supported with very practical strategies for parents and guardians, this is an excellent tool for supporting all our children.
-Tia Court-Smith, Deputy Headteacher Bangkok International Preparatory and Secondary School
I highly recommend Amornrat's book to all parents, educators and the general public. It offers a very valuable explanation of anxiety in children and a very straight-forward approach to how children can cope with this challenge.
